By reserving a transfer or tour with Simple Transfers and Tours Saint Lucia, you agree to the following transparent terms and conditions. We believe in clear, fair policies so that your trip is completely hassle-free.
1. Booking & Payment Policy
To confirm any airport transfer or private guided tour, reservations must be paid in full upfront online using PayPal. 100% of the flat-rate fee is charged securely at the time of online checkout via PayPal, with instant booking confirmation and email voucher.
2. Free Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand travel plans can shift unexpectedly.
- Up to 24 Hours Before Pickup: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time receive a 100% full refund of the payment.
- Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or non-arrivals without notice (no-show) are non-refundable as vehicle and driver scheduling has been exclusively committed.
3. Flight Delay Guarantee
We monitor incoming flights into Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) and George F.L. Charles Airport (SLU) in real-time. If your flight is delayed or rescheduled by the airline, we do not charge waiting penalties or cancellation fees. Brad will adjust your pickup time according to your updated touchdown time.
4. Special Notice for ATV Tours
For our Saint Lucia ATV Adventure Tour, the advertised flat-rate fee of $180 covers private round-trip transportation with Brad, chilled refreshments, and sightseeing wait time. The ATV trail riding activity ticket is operated and charged separately by the third-party ATV park facility and is not included in our transportation fee.
5. Luggage, Child Seats & Vehicles
Standard sedan/minivan transfers comfortably accommodate 1 piece of standard checked luggage and 1 carry-on per passenger. If you are traveling with excess baggage, golf bags, or oversized equipment, please notify us in advance. Complimentary infant and toddler booster seats are provided upon request.
