   Welcome to Simple Transfers. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and bookings. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
2. Booking and Payment

• Deposit and Payment: A deposit of 30% or full payment is required for all airport transfers and tour bookings. This policy is effective immediately.
• Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be provided if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled experience. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience.

3. Confidentiality
   We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information provided to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
4. Disclaimer & Release of Liability

• Disclaimer: Simple Transfers is not liable for any delays, accidents, or incidents that occur during the transfer or tour that are beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, or vehicle malfunctions.
• Release of Liability: By using our services, you release Simple Transfers from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or other losses that may occur during your transfer or tour.

5. Name & Likeness
   By using our services, you grant Simple Transfers the right to use your name and likeness in promotional materials, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.
6. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Simple Transfers, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or any violation of these Terms.
7. Dispute Resolution

• Negotiation: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through good faith negotiations.
• Mediation/Arbitration: If negotiation fails, the dispute will be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Saint Lucia.

8. Entire Agreement
   These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Simple Transfers regarding the use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
9. Applicable Law
   These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Lucia. Any legal actions arising from these Terms will be brought in the courts of Saint Lucia.
